International orders are shipped by Thailand Post. All shipments are at customers risk, shipping insurance can be added at an additional charge. You will find the flat fee to insure your shipment under Freight Insurance in our cart.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within two weeks after
payment is credited to our bank account. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions
or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as
possible. If there is any delay we will inform you by email. In case that shipping by Thailand Post is not possible we will try to find another way of transport. In this case the customer will have to bear any addidional costs that occur. We use recycled
boxes and packing materials for mail orders.
Shipping takes around 2 - 3 weeks by Economy Airmail and 6 to 8 weeks by Surface mail to reach most destinations worldwide. To speed the process up the goods can be sent by First Class Airmail, delivery time is around 1 week then.
It is possible to arrange a local pickup - please contact us before you place an order to confirm availability of your products and pickup date.
To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. Then click on the Checkout button of the shopping cart. This will bring up the Login page. Please create an account or login your existing account to see the shipping charges for all available shipping methods to your location. You can click the Change address button to change to another country and see shipping charges to this location.
Maximum parcel weight is 10 kgs, if weight is higher the cart will split the order into more parcels and shows you the total amount for all parcels plus the weight per parcel.

Return items within 14 days of purchase date. Returns for a full refund are accepted if item(s) purchased have manufacturer defects (unless otherwise noted in item description). Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items cannot be returned due to their customization.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with items purchased, you can return it (except custom, made to order and used items), within 14 days from purchase date for store credit, less shipping & handling costs (both ways), (unless otherwise noted in item description). Items must be in same condition as they were sent, i.e., brand new and/or sealed. If you have questions about this policy please contact us. If you need to return something please email Customer Service right away.
Products manufactured by RCSails are not kept in stock inventory. All items on our website manufactured by RCSails are custom made to your specs. Inspect your goods carefully upon receipt ,claim any shipping damages to the freight forwarder. All Custom Made to Order (merchandise that is custom made exclusively for the customer) cannot be returned. In the event there is a defect in workmanship, communicated to RCSails within 5 days of receipt of the order, we give you store credit for a similar item of equal value less shipping. Contact Customer Service to send back the item for inspection and once it is determined whether there is a defect, RCSails will repair or exchange it for you at no additional charge. Please note that custom orders are not returnable. The above items are products that we do not stock in our store, and are indicated as such on our web site. You are responsible for all associated shipping costs of returning the item (both ways).
Each order is created especially for you from scratch. Order cancellation must be made with in 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours we cannot give a refund but only change details of the order. If we have already commenced construction, the order cannot be reversed or refunded and the order will be completed in the production line up.
