Having been working only with plastic kits from Kyosho and others I was a bit nervous starting to build the Ragnarok but the staff at rcsails.com patiently led me through the building process and responded very quickly to my many beginners questions. With this support in addition to the detailed building instructions supplied with the hull kit I had a great time building the boat. The hulls were of good quality and even some glass cloth for laminating the finn case and other things was included. The swing rig kit included everything to build the complete rig. Apart from the carbon mast and the rc equipment one only needed epoxy resin, filler and a piece of 3mm plywood to finish the boat. The Maiden Voyage was very exciting as a multihull sails completely different from lead hung mono hulls. The Ragnarok picks up speed very easily and it can be sailed through a wide range of wind conditions if one had a bit of learning time to get used to the boats behavior on the water. All in all the Ragnarok is a fairly easy to build sailing boat with a great performance to a very good price and last but not least quite the eye catcher on every lake.
